After part of the more formal conference program, the participants move outside for the Carless Rally.

There is a lot of action and laughter as teams puzzle over clues while enjoying the fresh air. And yes, there was a back-up wet-weather plan, just in case!

Later in the conference day, there is an opportunity for some Bridge Building.

There is a buzz of activity as teams design and engineer their bridges.

Beauty as well as functionality counts in this game.
